Shipping information

Every board is pressed to order in our Utah shop, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Here's exactly what to expect once you hit checkout.

Processing Orders placed before 12pm MT ship the same business day. Everything else goes out the following business day. We're a small team, so this is a real cutoff, not a marketing one.
Transit 3–7 business days within the US depending on your location, once your package leaves Utah.
Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your label is created — no need to ask us for an update.

Domestic rates

We're skater-owned, not backed by a shipping department the size of a big-box retailer — so rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and what's in your order. We negotiate the best carrier rates we can and pass them straight through, no markup.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Because duties and import taxes vary a lot by country, reach out before ordering and we'll personally put together a shipping quote so there are no surprises at your door. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on customs in your country.

How we pack every board

Decks are hand-pressed, which also means they're worth protecting properly on the way to you. Every board ships in a rigid, board-length mailer with corner protection at the nose and tail — the two spots most likely to take a hit in transit. We don't cut corners here to save a few dollars on a box.

If your board arrives damaged

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We'll get a replacement moving right away — no need to jump through hoops with the carrier yourself. See our warranty details on the FAQ page for the full policy.

Delays worth knowing about

Weekends and holidays don't count as business days for processing or transit. Weather events can occasionally push carrier delivery windows back — if that happens, check your tracking link first since it's usually updated before we'd have any new information to give you.

Need something changed after ordering?

Because every order goes into production almost immediately, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once it's placed. If you catch a mistake fast, email us right away and we'll do everything we can — but please double check your shipping address at checkout, since that's the number one thing that slows an order down after it leaves our hands.
