Every River deck is handmade to last. Here's how we stand behind it.

Our warranty

Every River Skateboards deck is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of delivery. This covers issues like delamination, improper pressing, or defects in the wood or construction that occur under normal skating conditions.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, broken decks from impact, rail damage, chipped edges, grip tape wear, or damage caused by improper use, weather exposure, or DIY modifications. Skateboarding is inherently hard on equipment — decks are consumable parts, not lifetime products.

Manufacturing defects such as delamination, warping straight out of the box, or a press flaw that affects the board's structural integrity. If something looks off the moment you unbox it, reach out right away.

Snapped decks, chipped or rounded edges, worn grip tape, faded graphics, rusted hardware, or damage from rain, sun, or storage. Normal skating breaks boards — that's part of the sport, not a defect.

Unused, unridden items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Apparel must have tags attached. Griptape must be untouched and decks must show no signs of use.

Email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a couple of photos showing the defect. We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Approved warranty claims ship a replacement at our cost. For standard returns, the customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
